A Belgium woman is willing to go to court to prove that she has too many tattoos. The 18-year-old wants a tattoo artist to pay up after he inked 56 stars on her face. She said she just wanted three stars…close to her eye, but fell asleep in the chair and woke up with them all over her face. The tattoo guy says he is innocent.
